Today is the day i've been waiting for---for about 3 months now. No, it wasn't that i was excited for mockboards...THE NEW RASCAL FLATTS CD CAME OUT TODAY!!!! I ran to the store right after clinic to make the long awaited purchase. The sucky thing is that my Jeep is old school and doesn't have a cd player and i'm not willing to buy one (since the heep will die someday real soon) so i had to speed home so i could throw the cd in and listen.....just as i imagined, i love it! Can i just say i love them! Brett is getting better about tolerating country, so he just laughs and then rolls his eyes when i get so excited about Rascal Flatts! So, anywho, my day is now complete!
Oh yeah, the other thing that happened today was mockboards III. Thanks a whole heap to Crystal. If it wasn't for her genuine love i wouldn't have had a pt today. I'm just glad the pt didn't have "a case of gas" like the last time Crystal saw her! ha ha ha. I really am SOOOO glad that WSU is on the ball and we are able to go through all the motions of clinical boards so that we aren't any more of a stress ball that day in May than we need to be! Although mockboards make for a long day, it's nice to get into the swing of things. For the most part i had a positive experience today....other than someone stole my clinic shoes for the 3rd time. Ok, i feel a little at fault because i leave them out---hello, they wreak and i don't want them in my locker---but i do feel that we should all be responsible enough to bring our own shoes to clinic....and if someone happens to forget theirs on a day i don't need them they are more than welcome to put the stinky things on their toes, but for hell sakes...do you need to take them home for the weekend and several days at a time so that when tuesday rolls around and the true owner needs to use them she is getting written up for not having clinic shoes on? I mean c'mon, is someone that desperate for shoes??? They were like 10 bucks, you can have em if you like em that much. Freak! So, that's how my day was! I wish someone would fess up.....any takers?!
On a lighter note, i just got home from enrichment night where i am being trained to be a domestic housewife! ha ha No, actually i signed up for this one! We learned how to crochet around baby burp-cloths and blankets! Super cute and i feel like maybe i found a hidden talent! So, if any of you want a baby blanket let me know! Crystal too...she was there!

ha!- how's the burp cloth going? Can I just tell you how sore my shoulders and arms are. Hells bells, who thought crocheting would give me a work out!!?? Anyway, you are more than welcome for the gasy patient. I'm glad that she worked for you, and sorry about your shoes, I will vouch for you that those things really do stink and I probably wouldn't want to put them on my feet. The girl who stole them should probably get an award for being so brave and then take it away from her and beat her with it for taking your shoes so many times. Whoa, violent. . .ok, I'm a lampros trying to do all my shiz, you can see how well that's going. See ya friday.
P.S. The warts are throbbing, and Dr. Booth's office was awesome! Hope it was as good for you

Jami--You kill me!
You little homemaker! I love that you and Crystal are turning into those old ladies that we dressed up as for Halloween! ha ha ha You are so cute! I can't wait until one of us has a baby so that you can make a burp cloth for yourself or Crystal! ha ha ha
Who the freak stole your clinic shoes! If you get them back...I think that they should be a part of the "mug-shot" portion of our video! ha ha ha THIEF!
I am so glad that you bought your CD. I actually keep hearing that new song--and I love it! I also was able to see the whole video last night when I wasn't studying! They are great! I think that Brett secretly loves Rascal Flatts...he is just still in the closet when it comes to his love for country music! ha ha ha
Thanks for making me laugh....After a long day in SLC I needed to read your blog. You're great!
p.s. Thanks for calling me at 5:00 to tell me to come home! That plan worked out great!

You are too funny- for real, who the heck steals shoes?? Those dang first years!! Ha!!!
So proud that you are crocheting. I have decided that i am going to be a horrible mom because i do no know how to do any of that stuff. Then i thought-- heck, i am a hygienist... I will just buy it!! Ha! No really, you will have to give me a lesson! Do you have a board patient?
